| This region is internationally known as a premier bird watching destination; visitors from all over the world come to see over 200 species of rare and exotic birds that migrate from Mexico to this southeastern tip of Arizona. The Patagonia-Sonoita Creek, Lower San Pedro, Madera Canyon, Canelo Hills and Ramsey Canyon Preserves offer hundreds of rare birds that migrate from Mexico.
