| Master Zhu is an internationally recognized martial artist and Chinese medicine practitioner. He began studying Chinese martial arts at the age of 7 with his father learning Hung Ga. Some of his other studies include Nan Chuan (Southern Boxing), Five Animal Form, Tai Chi, Taoist he Jia Chuan, Chi Kung (Qi Gong), and Chinese medicine. In 1962 Master Zhu started Hard and Soft Chi Kung training. Through his hard chi kung training he developed abilities to break hard stones with this palms, split stone slabs with his head, snap steel wires wrapped around his body, and resist sword and long daggers to his throat while having concrete slabs broken on his back with a sledge hammer. While his training of the soft chi Kung helped him to develop his healing abilities to further his Chinese medicine practice. In 1963, at the age of 14 he began studying White Crane Kung Fu with it's current (Si Gung)Grandmaster Yen Dak Wen. With all his hard work, diligent practice and desire for perfection Master Zhu is one of the few people SiGung Wen taught White Crane Kung Fu to. Grandmaster Wen being very traditional is very particular who he teaches White Crane Style to, because of its power, strength and ease of ability to hurt others. In over 40 years of practice, Master Zhu has taught thousands of people worldwide to live stronger and healthier lives. Master Zhu has also won top honors in numerous Chinese Regional and National Championships many times over. Master Zhu is a Chinese Martial Arts Master, a Chi Kung Master and a Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
