The Beaver Street Brewery and Whistle Stop Cafe opened in March 1994 and has since received rave reviews on its food, beer, service and atmosphere. The Beaver Street Brewery was awarded the "Best Restaurant in Flagstaff" by the Arizona Republic newspaper and has been voted "Best Bar" in Flagstaff in four of the past six years. The family oriented 190seat restaurant and bar features a display kitchen with a copper clad wood fired pizza oven.
