| The Aerie is perched approx. 1000 feet above Turnagain Inlet, looking out at the Alaska Range. Views of Mt. Susitna, Mt. McKinley, and two volcanoes are seen from your private floor. Out the front door, nature trails await you in the Chugach Mountains. Literally at the end of the road, nature surrounds you at the Aerie. We frequently enjoy more sunny days than the Anchorage bowl. Many times the city is obscured by clouds while we bask in the sun! During the winter we are often above the temperature inversions, with 10-15 degree warmer days!
