Alaska's Coastal Trail Bed and Breakfast adjoins Anchorage's Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, a 20-mile scenic urban trail with sunsets that linger, a profile of Denali (Mount McKinley) on a clear night, and the lovely Sleeping Lady mountain across Cook Inlet. Derek and Sherry Tomlinson, are lifelong Alaskans. Sherry is a retired high school teacher and enjoys gardening, writing, watercolor painting, raising herbs and white pigeons, outdoor activities and doing whatever she wants to do. Derek was raised in Alaska and is an experienced outdoorsman. He breeds and trains field bred springer spaniels and is active in hunting organizations. When you are our guest, we try to make your visit as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. We provide wonderful beds and good food. Guests can get their dog fix with the spaniels, pet the family cat, stroll through the garden, or just kick back and relax.
