| Tara Dells Bed & Breakfast is located in the Hatcher Pass area of the Matanuska-Susitna Valley, at Mile 5.8 Trunk Road which is just one hour from the Anchorage airport.Five wooded acres near Wasilla Creek make the setting for these accommodations. Owners, Andy and Donel Dowling, have over 50 years in Alaska, with lots of experiences to share. They provide their visitors with videos and pictures of Alaskan-style fishing and hunting. Other than the typical Alaskan hobbies, Andy and Donel keep busy as dog fanciers, with a specialty for top winning collies which they breed and sell.
