| Anchor Inn by the Sea has vacation rental units located only 4 miles from downtown Ketchikan in one of the best shoreline fishing and whale watching areas that Ketchikan has to offer.The guest suites are so close to the ocean, the view from your window is an active wildlife show. Bring your camera because otter, seals, and porpoises are frequently seen. Eagles nest close by and are often seen perched on a pole near the water or pulling a salmon from the ocean. On a high tide you could cast your fishing pole right from the deck!The Inn has three private suites and one private room - all suites and the room have private baths and private entries. The one and two bedroom apartment suites are outfitted with everything you need to feel right at home - equipped stocked kitchens, dining area, living room and a full bath. All three suites have king-size beds, satellite TV with HBO and Showtime, private phones and either a full kitchen or a kitchenette. All guests at the Inn share a washer/dryer in the guest laundry room.
