| We are Fresh Water Adventures Inc a family-owned and operated Air Taxi operating seasonally in the Bristol Bay and the Kuskokwim areas of Alaska.We specialize in fresh water lakes and rivers and hold permits to operate within the 1.6 million acres of the Wood-Tikchik State Park and the 4.2 million acres of the Togiak National Wildlife Refuge. We also have experience operating in the Nushagak and Mulchatna Rivers.Our clientele consist of a variety of people, such as Federal and State Park authorities carrying out their park management duties, independent sports people, and the adventurous guided rafters and tent based sports people. Because we are specialists in the fresh water river and lake systems in our area, we are able to provide individual and specialty group air transportation, including information to assist you in planning your own special adventure.Our unique Grumman amphibious aircraft and newly converted De Havilland DHC 3 Otter will delight you with their antique atmosphere and ability to fit the needs of our guests. One of the company's greatest assets are our experienced, Alaskan bush pilots. The owner of FWA, Lester Bingman, has flown commercially since his eighteenth birthday, and is highly respected throughout Bristol Bay.
