| Historical and cultural museum dedicated to presenting and preserving the history of Jackson County. Focuses on the history of the area from the Paelo-Indian era, 12,000 years ago, through the 1930's. The museum consists of the 1880 ante-bellum Brown-Proctor house; the pioneer village, composed of authentic buildings, named "Sagetown;" and the 1868 Jackson County Courthouse.
