| Beautiful home in gated community on Dauphin Island, AL. Amenities in neighborhood include a pool with poolhouse, tennis court, playground for children and boardwalk to quiet beach. The home is located directly accross from the beach and is a very short walk to both pool and boardwalk to beach. The house is decorated in soothing pastel colors and is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The kitchen has beautiful pickled cabinets and every utensil needed to create relaxing meals for the family. The house is surrounded by porches including a large screened porch that overlooks the Island golf course. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views of the gulf and Sand Island. The house has two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa on the first level. One bedroom features a queen size bed and has a private shower bath. This bedroom also has french doors leading to the screened porch. The other bedroom has twin beds and access to a tub bath off the hall. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the family room. The large master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king size bed, wicker settee and lovely wicker table and chairs for playing cards or games. The master bath offers a whirlpool tub, shower and private water closet. The views from the large master balcony are breathtaking and some visitors have been know to star gaze from the balcony at night!! There is also a second bedroom upstairs with a sailboat motif and comfy window seat. This bedroom features a queen size bed. The upstairs loft area has a daybed with pull out trundle. The house has lovely berber carpet and ceramic tile throughout. All linens including beach towels are provided for your convenience. There is a wonderful "sand box" under the house for the little ones and a swing and chairs for others to sit and relax. The upstairs porch has rockers and a swing to relax while taking in the views.
